RACE RECAP: ESCAPE FROM SCHOOL YOUTH TRIATHLON

Can you think of a better way to celebrate the end of the school year than by waking up at four o'clock in the morning, driving two hours and then jumping into a lake? We can't either!

The Escape From School Youth Triathlon in Bear, DE, is a super sprint triathlon which, in layman's terms, means that no matter where you're from you'll spend more time driving to and from the race than your child will spend racing. We love the Escape From School Youth Triathlon because it gives our triathletes an opportunity at a running beach start and an open water swim.

The Escape From School Youth Triathlon goes by in a hurry, but when it was all said and done the MINI COW TRI CLUB came home with first place in the Female 11-12 age group, and first and third place in the Male 9-10 age group!
